Meet Dr. Nikki Berner

Oh hey, I'm Dr. Nikki Berner, PT, DPT. I believe pelvic floor care should be both clinical and human. I bring advanced pelvic health training, dry needling, and hands‑on manual skills—plus the perspective of a former D1 athlete, IVF mom, and cancer survivor. My method is simple: find the why, teach you what’s happening, and build a plan that fits your real life and all the things you want to do. I help women stop leaks, ease pelvic pain, make sex comfortable again, get bowels moving, and feel strong in their core—in person in Parker County and virtually. Nothing here is TMI; you’ll be heard, taken seriously, and shown the next right step.
